7-day no-reason return: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, if the goods are in good condition, you can apply for a no-reason return.
Important Reminder: Returned goods must maintain original packaging integrity, including all accessories, manuals, etc.

Return Process

Log into your account, click "Apply for Return" on the order details page, fill in the return reason

Customer service reviews the return request, and will provide return address and contact information after approval

Ship Back Products
Package products according to requirements, ship back to designated address via courier

Inspection & Refund
Inspect products after receipt, refund within 3-5 business days after confirmation

Refund Instructions

  • Refund Method: Original payment method, refunded to your original payment account
  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after product inspection approval
  • Refund Amount: Product amount (shipping cost determined by return reason)
  • Refund Status: Can view refund progress on order details page
